Delivery policy

International and local shipment

Every international and local shipment to your destination is handled in Hong Kong. Our shipping partner, Hong Kong Post, has been providing steady and fast delivery services for years.

 

Accuracy of delivery information

Make sure your address and delivery information is 100% correct and complete. If the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we will contact you to amend the information and thus a delay may be caused. Delays also occur as a result of pending payment checks or customs clearance.

Pay attention that your local customs office may ask for certain documents and require more time to clear your shipment. The delivery time may be longer than expected as a result.

 

Tracking of your order is a MUST

Once we ship your item, notification message and e-mail will be sent to both of your shopping account and personal e-mail inboxes. You can always check the status of your shipment online with our tracking information provided online.

Handling time

All orders are handled promptly on our business days.

For orders of all stock items, we promise to dispatch the shipment within 1 – 5 business days (Monday to Friday), while for orders of all preorder items, shipment will be dispatched within 1 – 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

2. Air registered mail / Air parcel (arrive in 5 - 17 business days)

-  Shipping weight: 2 - 30 kg

3. SpeedPost (EMS) (arrive in 2 - 4 business days)

- For urgent delivery. By request only

* Delivery times are estimated by the number of business days (Monday to Friday) from the day after we dispatch your order.

Please kindly allow extra time for your order during public holidays and peak seasons (e.g. near Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, etc.).

The estimated delivery time may be affected due to the request of extra documents or extra processing time for package clearance, of which we take no control about these.

Import Taxes & Duties

The customs office may have charges on your parcel with Import taxes, duties and related customs fees. ManSoul Hobby has no responsibility of the payment of these charges or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more details about the charges.

Returns policy

Non - applicable to all deposit payment for item reservation

All deposit payment for item reservation is non-refundable and all related orders are non – applicable to our returns policy.

 

Return are accepted within 14 Days after shipment arrival

MUST READ - Restrictions and requirements about returns:

  • Contact us with your reason of return request
  • Your item may be credited (if applicable) after communication with our customer service representatives
  • All return shipment should be arranged within 14 days (including business days) after our confirmation
  • No returns will be accepted without sending our return form and return case no. to us. (Please refer to the returns procedures below)
  • No returns will be accepted without trackable return shipping method (can be tracked online)
  • All merchandise must be returned with its original packaging, which is complete and unopened, thus it that can be sold again with the original package intact.
  • You are required to be responsible for all shipping and tracking costs for returns

  1. Contact us by message in shop or by e-mail with your reason and details of return request
  2. After confirmation by our customer service representatives, obtain our returns form and return case no.
  3. Ship your return merchandise within 14 days after our confirmation
  4. You are required to be responsible for all shipping and tracking costs for returns
  5. No returns will be accepted without trackable return shipping method (can be tracked online)
  6. We will send you the refund (if applicable) only after receiving your return shipment.
  7. Upon dispute, ManSoul Hobby reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.

Incorrect / Defective / Missing items

In any case you receive an incorrect / defective item, or there is any missing of item(s) as described in the description of your order, please contact us within 7 days after your receive the shipment. We will ship the correct item again or send you the refund as compensation of our mistake.

Please send us all the order details, including the order no., clear photos of the item(s) and all relevant documents. We will process your case in top priority and provide our best solution for your satisfaction.

Disclaimers of requested cases:

  • If there is not enough evidence (photo(s), videos, etc.) for proving the problems(s) of the item (s) mentioned above, your request of replacing the item or getting refund may not be accepted.
  • We are confident on our careful packaging of all shipment. We understand the importance of protection on the original packaging of our products. However, we do not accept minor defect such minor indentation on original packaging as the reason of requesting replacing item or refund. In any case you receive the item with original packaging which has serious indentation or deformation, please contact us and show us the evidence of lack of packaging protection. We promise to provide our best solution for your satisfaction.
